Sinchan Mitra: frequently asked questions
Do I need internet to use Sinchan Mitra?
No, not for daily billing, stock and reports on the PC. Bills, quotations and PDFs are made on your computer. Online mode adds syncing across shops and the Android helper app.
Which languages does it support?
Marathi, Hindi and English. You can search in English letters and keep customer and goods names in your own language.
Which businesses is it for?
Krushi Seva Kendra, fertilizer, seed and pesticide dealers, irrigation, drip and sprinkler dealers, pipe / PVC stores, solar and solar pump dealers, and nurseries.
Can I print or share bills?
Yes: a 58 / 80 mm receipt printer, an A4 PDF, or WhatsApp. Your shop logo can be printed on the bill.
What about my data and updates?
The app takes automatic backups and can restore them. Software updates come over the internet or from a pen drive.
Is there an Android app?
Yes, an Android helper app goes with the Windows app, for example for the owner's daily reminders. Ask us about its availability for your plan.
How much does it cost?
